Email a copy of the previous rabies certificate to c.lawson@apcsm.org prior to your appointment.
Bring the certificate with you to your appointment.
Please note: A rabies tag or your pet’s vaccine record does not qualify as proof — only the official rabies certificate is accepted.
Without proof of a prior vaccine, your pet will receive a 1-year rabies vaccine.
-
MICROCHIP INFORMATION:
A microchip is a small, electronic chip about the size of a grain of rice. If someone finds your pet and brings them to an animal shelter or veterinary clinic, staff will use a microchip scanner to check for an ID number linked to your contact information.
Microchips do not have GPS tracking capabilities and cannot be used to locate your pet. It’s important to ensure your contact details are registered and kept up to date in the microchip database so you can be contacted if your pet is found.
