Valentine’s at the Shelter: Candle-Making Workshop

Celebrate love while supporting a great cause at the APCSM! Join us on February 8th from 12-2 PM for a heartwarming Candle-Making workshop. This event is all about spreading love to animals in need while creating a beautiful, handcrafted candle. All supplies included. Ticket link coming early January.
Annual Book Sale

Peruse a variety of books of all genres & your purchase is a donation to the Animal Protection Center of Southeastern Massachusetts. Games, puzzles, CDs will be available too, PLUS our famous monthly bake sale!
We will be accepting book donations beginning February 7th.

Do YOU know how to help your pet in an emergency?
Our training is vastly superior in that we provide HANDS-ON skills practice (no boring slides or video) with a "real world" approach to pet emergency care. The training features a focus on hands-on skills practice to ensure understanding, proficiency and retention of the life saving skills taught. Experience the difference of being taught by an instructor with 30+ years field experience in pre-hospital emergency medical care both administering and teaching these life saving skills in an emergency.

Paws in the Park

Save the date! The APCSM’s 2025 Paws in the Park will take place on Saturday, June 1st at the scenic NRT of Easton’s Sheep Pasture, with vendors, raffles, music, and more.
Leashed dogs are welcome.

Dog Training Classes
Year-Round
Ongoing at the APCSM - classes include basic obedience, agility, scent work, reactivity, stranger danger, and Canine Good Citizen. Hosted by Clear Skies Dog Training & Evaluation LLC.

Monthly Events
Our Famous Bake Sale
Come join us on the second weekend of every month from 12 - 3pm for some yummy treats at our Famous Bake Sale. We are always in need of donations of baked goods. Please help us raise funds for our homeless animals!
Pet Food Pantry
Once a month, we provide pet food and supplies for those in need. Please join us on the second Saturday of every month from 12 - 2pm. Items are located outside our main entrance.
Paws & Pages
This program allows youth to read to animals and build confidence in their personal reading! Reading to the animals helps provide the animal comfort while teaching empathy in children. Join us on the second Sunday of every month at 11:30 AM*. Click here to register.
